As we age, the common complaint is that everything goes down! This is also true for the face. Due to the fat and bony changes we are left with a loss of structural support in the face - especially in the cheek area. This results in a downward displacement in this area, which goes on to cause nose to mouth lines, and then marionette lines. 

To correct these changes, different densities of filler can be added to specific points on the cheeks to replace this lost volume and act as an anchor and support to lift the mid facial area back up - as shown in the photo below.  Further fuller can also be added into the nose to mouth lines and also marionette lines. 

Results last between 1-2 years depending on the type of dermal filler used and individual response.
