Dermal filler can be placed along the jawline to create definition and also sharpness at the angle of the jaw.
In men this can be done to achieve a wider, squarer and stronger jaw which is felt to be more masculine and therefore desirable

In women the sharpness at the jaw can be added but using a softer approach and staying within the natural contours of the face. This ensures that although the jawline is defined and sculpted, it does not add any width/masculinity to the face.

Numbing cream is applied prior to the procedure, and the filler also contains anaesthetic to further minimise any discomfort

A mixture of both cannula and needle techniques are used to achieve the desirable result, with results typically lasting 12-18 months.

Non surgical rhinoplasty a.k.a the non surgical nose job a.k.a the 15 minute nose job is a quick and relatively pain free procedure that can be used to correct many concerns regarding the nose. Prior to this procedure there was only the option of a surgical rhinoplasty. The non surgical rhinoplasty can achieve the same result but with none of the expense, risks, pain and downtime as it’s surgical alternative. 

The procedure takes 15 minutes and involves the use of dermal filler placed at specific points to achieve the desired outcome. 

There is minimal discomfort, but a topical numbing cream is used beforehand and the filler contains anaesthetic to further aid comfort. 

The cost is £450

Results typically last 12-18 months. 

It is important to emphasise that this procedure must only be undertaken by an experienced injector due to the complex vascular anatomy of the nose.

As we age, the common complaint is that everything goes down! This is also true for the face. Due to the fat and bony changes we are left with a loss of structural support in the face - especially in the cheek area. This results in a downward displacement in this area, which goes on to cause nose to mouth lines, and then marionette lines. 

To correct these changes, different densities of filler can be added to specific points on the cheeks to replace this lost volume and act as an anchor and support to lift the mid facial area back up - as shown in the photo below.  Further fuller can also be added into the nose to mouth lines and also marionette lines. 

Results last between 1-2 years depending on the type of dermal filler used and individual response.

Dermal filler can specifically be placed along the tear troughs to help fill the hollows. This allows for a more rejuvenated and refreshed appearance.

Lip filler can be used to correct asymmetry in the lips - as was the case here. Our client has a natural asymmetry in the upper lip line, and also a small bulge in the Lower lip due to old scar tissue. 

This was corrected using 1ml of juvederm

With hands often being the tell-tale signs of age, an increasing number of women are attending aesthetic clinics to banish this problem.

As we age, the skin on the hands thins which causes the veins and tendons to become more prominent. In addition to this our hands are exposed to the Sun more frequently than other parts of the body and we don’t usually apply sun screen to them either. This makes them more susceptible to sun spots and ageing. It is difficult to hide such tell tale signs which is why it is often said that hands are the best indicator of age.

Given the above it is no surprise that there has been an increase in the number of women who attend aesthetic clinics looking for a solution to this.

After a thorough consultation with our aesthetic doctor here in Huddersfield, our stunning winner decided she wanted a no knife face lift - also known as a liquid face lift.
This was tailored and tweaked to suit the specific areas of concern of our client.

Although we do offer treatment packages, we know that no one client is the same, and here at dermaspace, we create bespoke combinations of treatments based on every individual client.

In this case the liquid face lift involved adding volume and definition to the mid facial area using premium juvederm vycross range dermal fillers to the cheeks, nasolabial folds (nose to mouth lines), and marionette lines. This allowed for a lifted, plumper and more rejuvenated looks. Results should last 18-24 months.

This was combined with upper face anti wrinkle injections/Botox treatment as our client was troubled by crows feet and forehead lines, and also a chemical brow lift to give more of wide awake and refreshed appearance.

The Smokers lines were also treated. These are the vertical lines that radiate out from above the upper border of the top lip. They are a result of repeated pursing of our lips and can be treated with both Botox or dermal fillers depending on the depth of them. As the smokers lines for our client were present even at rest and exacerbated on pursing her lips, we thought it was best that they were treated with dermal filler.
